I’m letting my Amazon store dwindle. Walmart has less restrictions – though review of my Amazon inventory was a factor in getting approved to sell on Walmart. Demonstrated my ability and longevity, certainly not my sales figures.
My Amazon store is pretty much reduced to books, DVDs, and video games now. Most everything else I’m sending to Walmart. I get better pricing and pay less commission.
Basically Amazon gets 30% of sales; Walmart 15%.
For resellers, Walmart is the Wild, Wild West. If you haven’t applied yet, do now.
